UTCB offers curricula in the field of civil engineering and in complementary fields for all educational cycles: bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate.

You can study in English or French at the Faculty of Engineering in Foreign Languages ​​(FILS) or in Romanian, following a preparatory year of Romanian language (FILS) at any of the others faculties of UTCB.

Length of studies:
• Cycle I (License) – 4 years (240 ECTS) (fee – 2430 EURO/year);
• Cycle II (Master) – 2 years (120 ECTS) (fee – 2430 EURO/year);
• Cycle III (Doctorate) – 3 years (fee – 2610 EURO/year)

• Non-EU candidates will contact the UTCB International Relations Center for advice / guidance, and then upload the necessary documents to the platform provided by UTCB, and may take a fee.
• Candidates from outside the EU are currently in the process of obtaining the letter of acceptance for university studies in Romania from the Ministry of National Education. Additionally, every year there are studying at FILS European students in Erasmus + mobility (mainly from France, Portugal, Spain and Italy).
• For students coming from non-EU countries, the tuition fee is 270 EURO per month, throughout the academic year (example: 9 months = 2430 EURO).
