Code of Rights and Obligations of the UTCB Student

The UTCB Student’s Code of Rights and Obligations is adopted by the University Senate upon students’ proposal, in compliance with the provisions of the Law on Higher Education 199 of 2023, with subsequent amendments and additions, as well as Order 4394/2024 on the approval of the Code of Student’s Rights and Obligations, dated 07.05.2024.

Regulations for international students

The present regulation refers to international students studying at the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest at all levels of undergraduate studies. The categories of international students are:

• Foreign citizens from EU third countries
• Romanian state scholarship holders
• Romanians from abroad
